This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Roviean websites, portals, APIs, hosted environments, and deliverables incorporating Roviean technology.
Violation may result in suspension, termination, and legal action without refund.
1. Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights;
- Upload malware, conduct unauthorized access, or disrupt systems;
- Use Services for fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful surveillance;
- Misuse AI outputs to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Attempt to extract proprietary models, prompts, or confidential methods;
- Resell or sublicense Services without written authorization.
2. Responsible AI Use
Clients must implement human review for high-risk AI use cases and must not deploy AI outputs in regulated contexts without independent validation and appropriate compliance controls.
3. Enforcement
Roviean may monitor for abuse indicators, investigate complaints, remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with authorities.
