AI Disclaimer

Important limitations on artificial intelligence features, outputs, and automated systems provided by Roviean.

Roviean develops and integrates AI systems including large language models, agents, automation workflows, and predictive tools. This AI Disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using AI-enabled Services, you acknowledge and accept the limitations below.

1. AI Hallucination Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, fabrications, outdated information, or misleading content ("hallucinations"). Outputs may appear confident while being incorrect.

Clients are responsible for independently reviewing and validating all outputs before relying upon them for business, legal, financial, medical, technical, safety-critical, or operational purposes.

2. Limitation on AI Decisions

Roviean shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, automations, publications, or commercial outcomes taken by Clients based on AI-generated recommendations, analyses, predictions, classifications, or automated outputs.

Human oversight remains Client's responsibility unless expressly assumed by Roviean in a signed Agreement.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

AI features may rely on third-party model providers subject to their own policies, outages, safety filters, and pricing changes. Roviean does not control underlying model behavior.

4. Regulated Use

Roviean is not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, or regulatory authority. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice. Clients in regulated industries must obtain appropriate specialist review.

5. Training and Data

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Client data submitted for project delivery is used to perform Services for Client and is not used to train public third-party models without explicit consent.
